We use best-in-class software: Xero, Dext (formally Receipt Bank), and Tripcatcher as required.These amazing tools allow you to manage your business effectively and easily, staying on top of your data with minimal effort, whilst always being in a position to potentially know the financial position of your business (if used well).

You have access to us during the year, via email or telephone where we will help with tech issues, general questions and basic advice. This Essential Plus service is HMRC MTD compliant, and where bookkeeping standards permit, will include all MTD reviews and submissions.

You will receive an Annual Accounts Review Meeting, where we walk you through your financial statements so that you know and understand the accounts that are being submitted on your behalf. You have an opportunity to ask any questions that you have so that you are completely content with your understanding of your affairs.

As an added bonus, we provide an annual Complimentary Client Review Meeting, which is a great opportunity to touch base and discuss your primary goals in running your business, whether you need more future input from us and to make sure you are happy with the service you have received throughout the year.

All general bookkeeping tasks will be taken care of and expenses and VAT monitored. We will set up a process for you to follow in terms of data collectionor we can take up direct communicate with suppliers where required to ensure that paperwork is being received.We will deal with all the technical detail and complexities of how to correctly perform bookkeeping which means you don't have to learn a new skill and the data will be trustworthy and reliable. Any issues raised will be remedied together.

We can offer supervisory bookkeeping where you undertake the data processing and we keep an eye on the quality of the processing and are there to answer any technical help you need. This helps to keep costs down when you are bootstrapping or if you have an in-house team completing the day to day data mangement of your business.

We review your aged debtors and aged creditors and provide reports as required. We can provide a credit control service if required that allows the management of all of your creditors in a bespoke and personal way and as you decide.

We review the data and submit your HMRC Making Tax Digital Returns. We will keep you on track with payments and payment dates.

Monthly Management Reports and visual dashboards can be supplied as required. You can receive training from us so that you have the tools at your disposal or we will use those tools and generate reports on your behalf.

Some data processing can be messy and complex and require some organising together so that the accounts system holds correct information. Monthly Bookkeeping catch up meetings can be organised as required.

The ‘secret sauce' of a valuable business plan as a working document is in the collaborative discussion where we get to the heart of linking directly to your goals and key motivations. This will ensure you create a business that has direct meaning for you. Each 90 days we re-align with the Business Plan.

We will take the budget from the Business Plan and build a 12 month Budget and Cashflow Forecast which will break your budget down into monthly targets with details on your income and expenses, the tax, drawings and any loans. This will give you actual guiding targets in terms of what you need to achieve to fulfill the goals and aspirations of the business plan.Managing cash well becomes ever more critical as your business grows and there are different financial strains come from various quarters. You can start with a simple model and grow into complexity as you flex your own muscle around working with this kind of information.

Each month or quarter you will receive reports to show how your business has performed and we will help you to summarise the actual results against the projected ones. This will help you to gain focus on what needs to be looked at again, what is working and what needs to have further attention.

Every quarter we will meet to review you actual results together where we will clarify the areas that need improvement and to re-set the 90 day business plan and identify the strategies that are going to get you there.

Depending on the package you take up, you will have either a 15 minute mid-quarter momentum call to review your progress and tackle any issues that you need to re-focus on. If you are on the monthly package then we will meet each month, in between the quarterly review meetings. Meetings are designed to ensure that you are continuing to take the steps that are going to help you achieve your stated goals.
